  • Advanced candidate sourcing and database search based on the employer's specific requirements identified during the workforce needs analysis.
  • Comprehensive candidate screening and shortlisting to ensure suitability for the position.
  • Coordination and arrangement of candidate interviews.
  • Assistance with the submission of applications to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) under the appropriate category, including:
  • Work Permit Online Applications
  • Employment Pass, S pass Applications
  • Arrange mandatory medical examinations, both in Singapore and the worker's country of origin where required.
  • Assistance with work pass issuance, fingerprint registration procedures, and collection of work pass cards from the relevant authorities.
  • Registration and enrolment of the Settling-in Programme (SIP) and other mandatory orientations where applicable.
  • Airport reception and arrival coordination services for foreign workers.
  • Assistance in sourcing and arranging suitable accommodation for foreign employees, if required.
  • Transportation arrangements from the airport to company-provided hostels or designated accommodations.
